High School Cook Off Challenge
Sea FM will be hosting the High School Cook Off Challenge event at Providore Place, on Friday 5th March, commencing at 12 noon.
Three students from each of the participating schools, Reece High, Devonport High, and St Brendan Shaw College, will compete for glory in a Cook Off Challenge. They will be supervised by a mentor from each school.
The students will be presented with identical boxes of seasonal produce from Harvest Moon, and fresh seafood from Peter & Una Seafoods. From 12 noon, each school has 30 minutes to plan and prepare themselves to cook a main dish for three judges. They then have 45 minutes to execute the cooking and present their dish to three esteemed judges.
The winning school receives a perpetual trophy.
Prizes have been donated by NW Trophy House and Reading Cinema.
