Home Hill, the former residence of Sir Joseph and Dame Enid Lyons, is the location for an exclusive 8-course heritage dinner hosted by Bold Cuisine Tasmania.  Chef, Simon Bold has worked hard to perfect his skills in delivering stand out fine dining and is excited to be able to offer an extraordinary dining experience, featuring the freshest ingredients, carefully selected to celebrate the history and the future of Tasmanian cuisine.

The 8-course Degustation Dinner includes:

  • Yellow Fin Tuna Sashimi, Tasmanian Wasabi with a Ponzu Drizzle
  • Herb-roasted Heirloom Carrots with Orange, Olive and Capsicum
  • Mt Gnomon Pork Fillet with Caramel apple and Mustard Butter Sauce
  • Quail Kiev, Ballantyne, Truffle Asparagus, Black Garlic
  • White Clover Lamb Lollipop accompanied by Pumpkin Puree and Wattle Seed
  • Line-caught White Fish, Roasted Scallops and Black Pudding
  • Lemon Custard with Roast Rhubarb and Meringue
  • Ashgrove Tasty Cheese accompanied by Quince Paste, Vincotto and Truffle Oil
